Josh Cabrera would love to play basketball in college, but the Northside senior knows football is likely his free pass to the next level — a pass that he is more than willing to catch and run with as far as it takes him. And why not, the 6-foot-3, 187-pound wide receiver, who a year ago led the area in catches (30), receiving yards (625) and touchdown receptions (13), seems to catch about everything that’s thrown his way.
