Report: Pacers rescind qualifying offer to Tyler Hansbrough


The Indiana Pacers have rescinded the $4.1 million qualifying offer to forward , according to ESPN. The move comes after a source confirmed to The Star that the team is finalizing a three-year, $36-million deal with power forward David West. It’s unlikely the Pacers can now afford Hansbrough under the salary cap without paying a tax. He is now free to sign with any team. (Indianapolis Star)
