UNC searches for a big man to give James Michael McAdoo some help

Roy Williams made a promise in March, but this was taking the message to an extreme. The switch to a lineup with 6-foot-5 wing P.J. Hairston playing the power forward spot ignited a late-season push for the Tar Heels, prompting a stubborn Williams to declare, "Ol' Roy is not going to be small for the rest of his coaching career." Last month, during pickup games in the Smith Center, UNC was back to being big.
