Malik Newman Goes Off for 40, Talks Schools


At one point during ’s 40-point outburst at the Peach Jam Thursday morning, he drained one of his four 3-pointers and Kentucky coach John Calipari broke out laughing courtside. Calipari reached over to SMU coach and North Carolina coach and jokingly held them from falling over. Newman said he has no college list at the moment, but did discuss Kentucky, North Carolina and Duke, saying he holds a Kentucky offer and he’s always been a Calipari fan. (Zag's Blog)
