Full Police Report on Hairston's Arrest Emerges

The two items that bear the most importance are P.J. Hairston admitting to being a recreational marijuana user, with his last use coming two weeks prior to the arrest. Hairston also says Haydn "Fatts" Thomas rented the Yukon so he could take a trip to Atlanta to see friends. Aside from that, the arrest played out about like you would expect.
