Buccaneers kicker Connor Barth out for season with torn Achilles

Tampa Bay Buccaneers kicker Connor Barth will miss the season after tearing his Achilles tendon, the team announced Wednesday on Twitter. Tampa Bay signed veteran Lawrence Tynes to take his place. Barth was hurt while playing in a charity basketball game last week, the team said in a media release.
