Star power lacking among ACC running backs

Now that Giovani Bernard, Andre Ellington, Chris Thompson and Mike James are all headed to NFL camps, there doesn’t appear to be much star power left among ACC running backs. Only four were named Thursday to the preseason watch list for the Doak Walker Award, symbolic of the nation’s top college rusher. That’s not to say there isn’t talent among the group.
