Big Ten's Jim Delany: NCAA needs to make big changes soon

Big 12 commissioner Bob Bowlsby talked last week about “transformative change” within the NCAA structure, and colleague Jim Delany took the chance Wednesday to lay out his plan for making it possible. “If we restructure the NCAA and don’t address some of the substantive concerns,” the Big Ten commissioner said at the Hilton Chicago, “I wonder why we have restructured.”
