You guys were picked third in the division. Does that serve as motivation to your kids? "Coaches are always looking for things to motivate kids, to me that’s 90 percent of it is making sure your kids are ready to play, they’re energetic and passionate about what they do and they have a common goal. It’s a great motivating factor when people tell you that you can’t do something."
