TE Brandon Fritts will graduate early, enroll at UNC in January
Posted Aug 1, 2013
Brandon Fritts will graduate early from Mentor and will enroll at North Carolina in January, the senior receiver confirmed on Thursday. The 6-foot-4, 220-pound two-sport standout will follow the path of former Mentor quarterback Mitch Trubisky, who last year finished his high schooling in December and enrolled at North Carolina for classes that started in January. It was a difficult decision for Fritts, who said he still plans on returning for graduation ceremonies at Mentor next spring.
