“One of the reasons I thought seriously about staying at Kansas 10 years ago and not coming back to North Carolina was that I wanted to be one of those coaches that just coached at one school...I have had a lot of opportunities to go to the NBA, and I thought about some of them, but not for very long,” Roy Williams said. “I just never felt like I was a pro coach...I felt like I was a college guy."
