Julius Peppers, DE, North Carolina, 1999-2001: From a talent standpoint, few players have ever been able to match Peppers' freakish quickness and size. As a two-sport star in Chapel Hill, Peppers was a freshman All-American in 1999 before leading the nation in sacks (15.0) as a sophomore. He was the No. 2 overall pick in the 2002 NFL Draft.
