Bengals waive UNC alums TE Richard Quinn, WR Jheranie Boyd

The Cincinnati Bengals waived tight end Richard Quinn and waived five other players on Sunday, leaving them with 81 on the roster. Quinn was on the roster for 15 games last season but was inactive each week. He was Denver's second-round pick in 2009 and played in 29 games, including four starts, in two seasons. The Bengals also waived receiver Jheranie Boyd of North Carolina.
