The Arizona Cardinals have signed tight end Richard Quinn, who was cut by the Bengals a couple of days ago. Quinn was a second-round pick of the Broncos in 2009, but got cut by the team in 2011. He played one game for the Redskins that year, but has not seen any regular season action since then.
