Posted Sep 8, 2013
Larry Fedora expressed his pleasure at the improvement shown by North Carolina's defense Saturday after the Tar Heels defeated Middle Tennessee, 40-20, in their 2013 home opener. "I thought the defense, especially in the first half, played really well,'' Fedora said. "I think our guys did a nice job of hitting. I thought they did a nice job of wrapping up. We did a much better job of tackling today."
