Matt Harvey makes visit to Dr. James Andrews

Mets ace Matt Harvey hasn't pitched since Aug. 24 and has been shut down for the remainder of 2013 because of a partially torn UCL in his throwing elbow. For some time now, the plan has been for Harvey to receive an informed second opinion and then decide whether to attempt rest and rehab or undergo the perhaps-inevitable Tommy John surgery.
