Davis undaunted by Heels' youth

Yes, North Carolina coach Butch Davis would liked to have taken over a program with a dozen NFL first-round draft picks already on the roster. With more than 10 scholarship seniors in the locker room. With a veteran quarterback and menacing defense already in place. But as the Tar Heels began fall practice on Friday, Davis fielded something that may be better for the long-term success of his program: youth.
