Butch Davis back in comfort zone

Butch Davis said many of the starting spots should be less of a mystery when the team takes part in a scrimmage on Aug. 11. Until then, Davis said, the focus of practice will be as much about building intensity as it will be eyeing talent. According to defensive back Trimaine Goddard, thanks to the fluid depth chart, intensity shouldn’t be in short supply.
