UNC vs. ECU: A match-up that just makes sense

North Carolina will host East Carolina Saturday in Kenan Stadium, but in lieu of discussing the game’s matchups, there are plenty of people asking whether the game should be played at all. Playing ECU is considered a net loss for many UNC fans — who assume a win doesn’t do much for their image, while a loss only hurts it.
