Bryn Renner wearing protective boot
Posted Sep 30, 2013
Quarterback Bryn Renner wore a protective boot over his left foot when he met with the media on Monday. The senior wouldn’t disclose how the injury occurred, but said “I plan on playing on Saturday” when the Tar Heels visit Virginia Tech. Renner was hobbling after he was sacked with about seven minutes left against East Carolina, but he stayed on the field and didn’t miss a snap.
