French team Boulogne signs Dexter Strickland

French basketball team SO Maritime Boulogne has signed 23-year old guard Dexter Strickland. Strickland just graduated from the University of North Carolina. He attended the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament before this Summer's NBA Draft, and then in July played in the NBA Pro Summer League in Las Vegas for Portland Trail Blazers.
