Renner's status could mean glimpse of future UNC QBs

Other than program fixture Bryn Renner, there are four other quarterbacks on North Carolina’s roster but only one – sophomore Marquise Williams – has played meaningful game minutes during Larry Fedora’s first 17 games as coach. At Virginia Tech Saturday, the Tar Heels are expected to start Renner for the 30th time even though he has spent part of the week wearing a boot. (WRAL Sports Fan)
