Quarterback Marquise Williams made his first start in North Carolina's 27-17 loss to Virginia Tech Saturday. The Tar Heels scored a touchdown in the second quarter, a field goal in the third and then tacked on seven final points with 1:09 left in the game. For UNC, though, the day was about debuts and development.
