Loyalsock (Pa.) junior pitcher Kyle Datres tweeted Sunday night he'll continue his athletic and academic careers at UNC, playing baseball for the Tar Heels. "Today is the day I have been waiting for my entire life, I have committed to play baseball at the University of North Carolina!" Datres said on Twitter. Datres has been a three-year starter on the baseball, basketball and football teams at Loyalsock. He was the winning pitcher for the Lancers in June when Loyalsock won its second PIAA baseball championship.
