Marquise Williams Could See Role Expand

While Bryn Renner will remain North Carolina’s starting quarterback, backup Marquise Williams may be integrated more into the offense after his performance at Virginia Tech on Saturday. Williams notched his first career start in place of Renner, who was sidelined with a left foot injury. Williams completed 23 of his 35 passes for 277 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions.
