Showing its youthfulness and international inexperience, the USA Men's Pan American Games Team (0-1) suffered an 81-72 setback to solid Uruguay (1-0) team in each team's opening round game Wednesday night in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. University of North Carolina sophomore guard Wayne Ellington was held scoreless in the game, missing both of his field goal attempts and grabbing two rebounds in 10 minutes of play.
