Brendan Haywood Has Successful Surgery


Charlotte Bobcats center underwent successful surgery Wednesday to place two screws in the navicular bone in his left foot to reinforce his stress fracture and help it heal. Following 12 weeks of immobilization, Haywood will undergo a follow-up CT scan to determine his return to normal activities. (NBA.com)
