postponed his visit to Baylor scheduled for last weekend because he'd rather take his official visit during a basketball game. This is the same reason given for postponing his previously-scheduled visit to Chapel Hill.

Former UNC recruiting target (2015 power forward) committed to LSU on his first visit to campus, joining his high school teammate and fellow commit Jalyn Patterson. Simmons made the classy move of thanking UNC and other schools for recruiting him.
