Eric Ebron Named Mackey Award Weekly Winner

The John Mackey Award has named Eric Ebron of North Carolina as John Mackey Tight End of the Week. The junior recorded eight receptions for 199 yards and a touchdown as UNC fell to Miami 27-23 in a game that saw Miami pull ahead with only 16 seconds remaining. Ebron set a career high in receptions, and his receiving yards total set a new all-time single game record by a UNC tight end.
