Meet the Mavs: Brandan Wright


The hope is that can pick up where he left off in the latter stages of last season. He averaged 11.2 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.7 blocks in 24 minutes per game to help the Mavs finish on a 15-8 run to get to .500, playing primarily center with some spot minutes at power forward. He’ll provide some dynamic athleticism and scoring punch off the bench once he’s healthy. (ESPN.com)
