In most cases, a two-quarterback system means that the starter simply isn’t good enough to get the job done on his own. But it can also be the last desperate act of a coach desperately trying to save a rapidly deteriorating season. Count North Carolina’s Larry Fedora in the latter category. (Wilmington Star News)
