UNC in a much better ‘State’ after momentum-shifting win against Wolfpack

Momentum can be a fleeting thing. It shifted dramatically twice during the first quarter alone in Saturday’s game between North Carolina and N.C. State. All it takes is a bad interception here or a fake punt gone awry there and everything can change as suddenly as the afternoon breeze. And my, how they have changed for the two participating teams.
