USA U19 Team Tops Host Serbia, 82-78

The USA Basketball U19 World Championship Team (3-0) finished out preliminary pool play undefeated after eking out an 82-78 victory over host Serbia (2-1) on Saturday evening in Novi Sad, Serbia. University of North Carolina sophomore Deon Thompson scored eight points and grabbed four rebounds despite being limited by foul trouble to 18 minutes of action. He also blocked two shots.
