Dascenzo: Getting excited about 2007 college football

South Carolina at North Carolina, Oct. 13. The last time Steve Spurrier walked out of Kenan Stadium, Nov. 18, 1989, his Duke team ripped UNC 41-0 and had a team photo taken in front of the scoreboard. Somehow I have a feeling some Rams Clubber might mention this to the week of the game. Spurrier wanted this attraction -- the two Carolinas meeting in football more often -- and how convenient the Gamecocks get this one between home games with Kentucky and Vanderbilt.
