Future a bit fuzzy for UNC baseball player

The low point of Mike Cavasinni's season came long before he and his UNC Tar Heel teammates lost to Oregon State in the College World Series championship for the second straight year. No, it occurred as he sat in his room alone at Chapel Hill. Cavasinni, a sophomore at UNC and former North Mecklenburg High standout, questioned his athletic future. He wondered if he'd ever regain his full health.
