A fourth person, Willie Barley, was charged this week under the state law that regulates how sports agents may interact with amateur athletes. Barley is expected to appear in court in Orange County Wednesday afternoon on the charge of athlete-agent inducement. Former UNC football player Marvin Austin claimed during NCAA interviews that "Willie" was "a recruiter for [Terry] Watson."
