Quincy Monk: "Once you’re on the field and start making plays, it’s contagious – guys are starting to make interceptions, stripping the ball, and sacks. Once you start building on that, everybody wants to be a part of that. Every game they’re getting better; every game there’s somebody stepping up. We’ve seen leaders on the field making plays and it’s contagious."
