Ryan Switzer's returns allow Tar Heels to hang on

Behind some timely late-game defense and a second punt return touchdown of more than 60 yards by true freshman , the Tar Heels claimed an important 34-27 victory over Pitt at Heinz Field. The win is North Carolina's fourth straight, and improves UNC's overall record to 5-5 with two regular season games to play. The Tar Heels also improve to 4-3 in ACC play. (Tar Heel Illustrated)
