Four Tar Heels rewarded with Olympic gold medals

The U.S. Women's Olympic Soccer Team successfully defended its Olympic Gold Medal with a 1-0 overtime win over Brazil at Workers Stadium in Beijing. Four University of North Carolina Tar Heels were awarded their gold medals in the post-match medal ceremony - midfielders Heather O'Reilly, Tobin Heath and Lindsay Tarpley and defender Lori Chalupny.
