Roy Williams can either act as though the sky is falling, and load up his lineup with four big men to play alongside Marcus Paige, or he can take the more level-headed approach, stay the course and hope for the best until P.J. Hairston and Leslie McDonald return. Whenever that ends up being. Until then, the best thing the Tar Heels have going for them is that it’s still very early in a long season.
