Roy Williams watches Edrice Adebayo


stopped by Northside High School in Pinetown, NC, on Monday to watch 2016 5-star power forward Edrice Adebayo work out, according to Adebayo via Twitter. Adebayo does not yet have a scholarship offer, but one could be forthcoming if Williams' visit is any indication.

Adebayo, who goes by the nickname "Bam Bam", stands 6'8", 230 lbs. and is one of two power forwards currently being recruited in UNC's 2016 basketball recruiting class. The other power forward, , already holds an offer from UNC. Adebayo, like Giles, is ranked as a consensus top-10 player in his class.
