UNC coach Larry Fedora lamented his team’s lack of a “game-changing play on special teams” earlier this season. He’s not lamenting anymore. The Tar Heels got two more returns for TDs Saturday — 99 yards on a kickoff by T.J. Logan and a 64-yard punt return by Ryan Switzer.
