No NCAA violation regarding Jabari Parker Skullcandy promotion

An electronics company’s video clip featuring Duke freshman basketball player did not violate NCAA rules when it was posted on the Internet during his senior year of high school. But the five-minute clip, “Skullcandy Presents: Simeon Hoops,” might not belong on the worldwide web now that Parker is playing ACC basketball for Duke. The blog post is still up nearly a year after it was originally posted, and it made the rounds on social media Friday. (Greensboro News & Record)
