James Michael McAdoo had 13 points to help North Carolina beat UNC Greensboro 81-50 on Saturday night. Brice Johnson scored a game-high 14 off the bench as the Tar Heels followed their road upset of No. 1 Michigan State with an easy home win. North Carolina blew the game open with a 25-1 run to close the first half in the first meeting between the in-state programs.
