#FreePJ billboard appears on I-40 Posted Dec 12, 2013 John Henson wasn't the only person to show his displeasure with the NCAA Thursday in regards to its long delay in rendering a verdict on the P.J. Hairston situation. Someone actually took it a step further and created this #FreePJ billboard along Interstate 40/85 near exit 157 west of Hillsborough. A WTVD news helicopter visually confirmed the existence of the billboard.
