Three to know: UNC vs. Texas
Posted Dec 18, 2013
Texas has an impressive record, but its best wins to date came against DePaul, Vanderbilt and Temple. The Longhorns’ lone loss occurred against BYU. Jonathan Holmes, a 240-pound forward, averages a team-leading 12.9 points for a balanced Texas attack, and 285-pound center Cameron Ridley is one of four other double-figure scorers. The Longhorns rank fifth nationally in blocked shots.
