UNC needs P.J. Hairston back by Feb. 1 to maximize his return
Posted Dec 19, 2013
With movement in the P.J. Hairston case, when is the latest return he could have this season and still register maximum impact for North Carolina? Let’s say he was punished for another 10 games for what reportedly are extra-benefits violations. That would put him back on the court Feb. 1 for a home game against N.C. State. (Oh, boy, Pack fans would love that!) That’d plenty of time for Hairston and the Heels to grow accustomed to each other.
