James Madison Hires Everett Withers As New Head Football Coach

James Madison University has named Everett Withers as its new head football coach, Director of Athletics Jeff Bourne announced Friday. The sixth head coach in JMU history, Withers appointment is effective immediately, though he will remain with his current position through the bowl season. Prior to accepting his position with Ohio State in December 2012, Withers spent four years at the University of North Carolina.
