Marquise Williams summed up the mentality that Larry Fedora’s Tar Heel offense brought to Saturday’s 39-17 bowl win over Cincinnati. “Inch by inch, just go get it.” Fourth and eight. Fourth and three. Fourth and two. All three of these fourth down conversion attempts came at critical points in Saturday’s game, and each inch mattered. Each of these snaps made a statement about the 2013 Tar Heel offense.
