The win is the 2,100th win in Carolina history. Kentucky and Kansas are the only other programs with at least 2,100 victories. James Michael McAdoo led all players on both teams with 23 points and 10 rebounds. It was his second double-double this year and the 11thof his career. Freshman Isaiah Hicks played a season-high 17 minutes and scored a season-high seven points.
